  • Refund 100%, less applicable transfer commissions.
  • Less than 13 days but more than 10 days before the meeting date
  • Refund 50%, less applicable transfer commissions.

  • No refund.
  • (100% cancellation fee)

Important

  • Tour Price includes consumption tax (sales tax), where applicable.
  • When calculating days, our system uses the tour’s scheduled start time in the local time zone. A 24‑hour period is counted as one full day.
  • Cancellations may be submitted through the online booking system or by contacting us directly via the contact link or email.

Clarifying Example (Accurately Reflecting the Cancellation Percentages)

To avoid any confusion, and to accurately reflect the percentages described according to the Notice of Cancellation Time Frames, please see the sample case below:

Example:

The tour start date and time is May 31 at 9:00 AM (Tour Local Time).

  • More than 14 days in advance

If you cancel on or before May 16 at 8:59 AM, this is more than 14 days before the tour start time →

100% refund, less applicable transfer commissions.

  • Less than 13 days but more than 10 days in advance

If you cancel on May 20 at 10:00 AM, this falls between 13 and 10 days before the tour start time →

50% refund, less applicable transfer commissions (50% cancellation fee).

  • Less than 10 days in advance

If you cancel on May 22 at 9:01 AM, this is less than 10 days before the tour start time →

100% cancellation fee (no refund).

This example is provided solely to illustrate how the time‑based calculation is applied.

The term "lorem" comes from a truncated form of "dolorem ipsum", which translates roughly to "the pain itself" in Latin. It originates from a 1st-century BC text by the Roman philosopher Cicero, De Finibus Bonorum et Malorum, a treatise on ethics.
